J. dropped below 200 this morning --cheers all around!!! That was his original goal before he realized how easy it was. He hasn't decided on a low goal yet. Ha! I'm already below my original goal, and 7 pounds from my low goal. Today I'm wearing my size 10 pants and I feel thin :). I'm so grateful for another chance at being really healthy, something I haven't been for many years.
