Summary of Session 4 of Spring Cohort Let Love Find You class
We had a very special session last night because the main part of it was actually led by guest speaker Barra Kahn, an energy worker. Step 4 is called “Master Your Psychology,” and Barra walked various members through the blocks that they identified as standing in the way of letting love find them.
Barra was able to see and intuit where energy was blocked, and using touch and positioning gave each person a start on breaking down their barrier by starting to move their energy. We were all reminded of the importance of feeling our feelings, rather than resisting or ignoring them, as well as the importance of offering ourselves compassion and love.
