Second session of Let Love Find You class
Session 2 was about Step 2 (fyi you can email Atieno for a free Guide to the steps!)
We learned:
What’s new and good in each other’s lives.
A quickie meditation for everyday use while on the go.
A synopsis of the reading.
Our individual answers to the question “What does it mean to know what you want and does it really matter?”
We defined our own ideal futures in detail and in action, supporting each other by playing roles representing each of the important elements and getting to immerse into those elements on an experiential level.
We selected and set individual actions for the coming two weeks.
And ended with sharing our takeaways.
